- 1 cup avocado oil olive oil if you prefer
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar if you like your sauce a bit thinner
- 1 tbsp hot sauce of choice
- 1 lemon - juiced lime if you prefer
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5 cloves garlic - pressed or chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
