Ingredients

English cucumber

triple cream or full fat Greek yogurt
two sprigs mint

sprigs dill
juice from one lemon
two garlic cloves pressed

teaspoons
sea salt

pepper to season
Instructions
seed and chop cucumber
using stick blender, chop cucumbers until nearly liquid, and then aggressively drain using a tea towel or cheese cloth
add the rest of the ingredients to your container
using your stick blender again, combine until smooth
