Definitely one of my favorite pieces to make in the glass studio, these twisty cane glasses are tricky and fickle but a great delight when they turn out as I had hoped!
Each glass is made up of 12-18 pieces of twisty cane that I made ahead of time, usually in a previous studio session, but in a pinch it is possible to pull cane in the morning and use it later that day. The canes are fused together and then rolled up on a blow pipe and blown out into the final form.
Because each drinking glass uses the majority of one good twisty cane pull, it is certainly possible to request color combinations that appeal to you, as I will have to pull cane anyway. I tend to lean towards blues and purples, but should be able to handle most requests within reason.
All prices include shipping and handling and can be paid through Venmo, a minimum order of $50 total. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for custom orders. Because of the nature of my equipment and glass being my hobby there will almost always be a few small bubbles in my work, and maybe even a small piece or two of my furnace.
