I have gotten into making bowls lately, specifically bowls that are designed to sit on a coffee table and possibly hold something in them, a bit tighter and more constrained than some spun out bowls you will find elsewhere.
Not that there is anything wrong with spun out bowls, they are so much fun to make!
Right now my focus is on a color pick up, either picking up colored cane or murrini, one gather of clear glass over that and then working towards a controlled shape with smooth transition lines on the silhouette, finished off with a dropped solid foot.
These appear to be one of my most popular items and I rarely have a lot to choose from on hand, but am always happy to make another for a custom order.
All prices include shipping and handling and can be paid through Venmo, a minimum order of $50 total. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for custom orders. Because of the nature of my equipment and glass being my hobby there will almost always be a few small bubbles in my work, and maybe even a small piece or two of my furnace.
