I started working in an agent in the Louisville real estate market back in 2001, and obtained my sales license shortly after in 2002. Only a few years later, I tested for, and received my Broker’s license in 2006.
Once licensed and active, I very quickly took to the technological side of the business, such as setting up websites, making videos and other marketing techniques which allowed me to sell my clients’ home much quicker than was the average for our local Board Of Realtors.
As the years have passed, I have found that I still enjoy the technological aspects of helping my selling clients, often when other agents have proved unsuccessful. As a result, I have developed an affinity, and possibly a small reputation, as a local agent who specializes in expired listings, those homes that other agents have had trouble selling within their contractual listing period.
Please don’t limit me to expired listings, however, I still deliver plenty of value to buyers and first time sellers alike, and have a long list of happy and satisfied clients. If you find that you may be in the market to either buy or sell a home in Louisville anytime in the near future, you may be interested in visiting my Louisville real estate podcast at www.LouisvilleRealEstate.fm, or simply reaching out and contacting me directly.
