Wolf Pen Springs is one of Prospect’s newest subdivisions, with homes being built in 2008 through the present. Located off of Chamberlain Lane, across from the back side of Norton Commons and in close proximity to the Summit, with all of the shopping, dining and medical facilities that come with it.
Most homes in this subdivision are brick, two stories and have full basements and will most likely be on the more expensive side of homes in Prospect, and most certainly will be much higher priced than homes in the larger Louisville market.

I spend a lot of time driving through Prospect to speak with with buyers and sellers about the prospect of selling their homes and what the current market conditions are. With the easy availability of cameras, it seems I always have one kind of phone with me, or another.
